The Reading Specialists are responsible for improving and supporting literacy instruction and intervention for students. This role involves working directly with students, teachers, and administrators to enhance reading skills, implement reading programs, and monitor student progress. The Reading Specialists also provide professional development and support for classroom teachers in best practices for reading instruction.
